The rooms are available to our guests from 03.00 pm and departure must be scheduled in order to leave the room by 10.00 am. If you arrive at the hotel before 03.00 pm, you can leave your luggage in the dedicated area and use both our beach and pool while waiting for your room to be ready.
The Hotel has two parking places: a free outdoor one (but always inside the hotel area) and an indoor garage, with fee (to be requested upon booking confirmation, subject to availability).
The beach is just 40 metres from the hotel central little square.
The beach is medium-grained sand and the seabed slopes gently.
Yes, it is! One sun umbrella and two beach loungers from the third row backwards are included in the price. The first and second row on the beach have a chargeable fee, to be requested upon booking confirmation, subject to availability.
Beach towels are available for hotel guests with a small deposit that will be returned at the end of their stay (the first use is free of charge, any change during the stay is charged € 2.00 per wash)
The Hotel has a main buffet restaurant (for lunch and dinner included in the half and full board accommodations, and for any extra buffet meals) and a beach restaurant (extra charge, not included in the half and full board accommodations).
The small village centre of Arbatax is only 500 metres from the hotel, while Tortolì centre (Arbatax belongs to the town of Tortolì) is 3,5 km from the hotel. You can easily reach both by public means: the bus stop is just opposite the hotel entrance gate.
The hotel has two pools: a semi-Olympic swimming pool of 25 meters and a brand new tropical swimming pool with seawater, natural rocks and water games, a few steps from the beach.
WIFI connection is available everywhere in the hotel, both in the communal areas and in the rooms, FREE OF CHARGE.
You can pay both cash (within the limit currently imposed by current regulations) and by credit card.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Our kitchen is equipped for the preparation and administration of gluten-free meals (we kindly ask to inform us about any possible food allergy upon booking confirmation) and at breakfast,we provide first quality packed products for celiac people.
Breakfast is served from 07.30 to 10.00 am, lunch from 12.30 to 02.30 p.m. and dinner from 07.30 to 09.30 pm.
- We havea nimation with miniClub, divided by age group from 3 years and a play area outside the pool. Then on request, to be found in the room: cot, baby bathtub, baby bottle warmer, adaptor for the toilet and a small stool (please remember to ask for them when you confirm your reservation).
Yes, there is our Bazaar selling cigarettes, newspapers and magazines, clothing, souvenirs and commodities.
The nearest ATM is located about 2 km from the hotel
The cost of the tourist tax (from 19 July 2023) is € 2.00 per person per day (excluding children and young people up to the age of 16)
No, pets are not allowed at the Hotel Club Saraceno.
The Hotel Club Saraceno is situated in the beautiful Ogliastra, a small region full of natural beauty: here you can go discover its beautiful beaches and wonderful mountains. At the hotel, we organize both boat trips (with rubber boat or motor yacht) along the spectacular Orosei Gulf, and different excursions into the country areas.
Yes, of course you can! If you are on a whole day excursion or you just don’t want to come back to the hotel and have lunch, you can get a packet lunch to take with. We kindly ask you to book it at the reception desk within 07.00 pm on the night before.
