The rooms are available to our guests from 03.00 pm and departure must be scheduled in order to leave the room by 10.00 am.

If you arrive at the hotel before 03.00 pm, you can leave your luggage in the dedicated area and use both our beach and pool while waiting for your room to be ready.

It is possible to settle the bill either in cash (within the current legal limits) or by credit card.

The Hotel has two parking places: a free outdoor one (but always inside the hotel area) and an indoor garage, with fee (to be requested upon booking confirmation, subject to availability).

The beach is just 40 metres from the hotel central little square.

The beach has medium-grain sand and the seabed slopes gently.

Yes! The use of one umbrella and two sunbeds is free from the third row onwards (position NOT assigned during the stay). Only the first and second rows are chargeable and must be requested at the time of booking, subject to availability.

The hotel has two pools: a semi-Olympic swimming pool of 25 meters and a brand new tropical swimming pool with seawater, natural rocks and water games, a few steps from the beach.

Beach towels are available for hotel guests with a small deposit that will be returned at the end of their stay (the first use is free of charge, any change during the stay is charged € 2.00 per wash)

The Hotel has a main buffet restaurant (for lunch and dinner included in the half and full board accommodations, and for any extra buffet meals) and a beach restaurant (extra charge, not included in the half and full board accommodations).

Our kitchen is equipped for the preparation and administration of gluten-free meals (we kindly ask to inform us about any possible food allergy upon booking confirmation) and at breakfast,we provide first quality packed products for celiac people.

Meal times are as follows: breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30, and dinner from 19:30 to 21:30.

The small village centre of Arbatax is only 500 metres from the hotel, while Tortolì centre (Arbatax belongs to the town of Tortolì) is 3,5 km from the hotel. You can easily reach both by public means: the bus stop is just opposite the hotel entrance gate.

Wi-Fi is available to our guests free of charge both in common areas and in the rooms.

• We have animation with miniClub, divided by age group from 3 years
• and a play area outside the pool.
• Then on request, to be found in the room: cot, baby bathtub, baby bottle warmer, adaptor for the toilet and a small stool (please remember to ask for them when you confirm your reservation).

Inside the hotel, you will find a bazaar selling tobacco, newspapers and magazines, clothing items, souvenirs, and some basic necessities.

The nearest ATM is about 2 km from the hotel.

The tourist tax is €2.00 per person per day (the tax does not apply to children and teenagers up to 16 years of age).

Although we are great animal lovers, for purely organisational reasons we cannot accommodate your four-legged friends.

Ogliastra, the small province that hosts us, offers a wonderful landscape, with a unique blend of sea and mountains. The hotel organises excursions both by sea along the spectacular coast of the Gulf of Orosei (by dinghy or motor yacht) and inland.

Certainly! If one day you decide not to return for lunch, we can prepare a convenient lunch pack for you; we just ask you to book it at reception by 19:00.

We organise private transfers from all airports and ports in Sardinia.

Cagliari Elmas Airport is about 140 km. (1 h 45′ approx.) from the hotel while Olbia Airport is approximately 180 km. (about 2 hours)
