FITNESS VILLAGE
Every day in the square, there will be a
routine of various types of work-out, which
will alternate the following in a week’s
fitness program: half an hour of group
dancing, of aerobics and of stretching and
toning. In this way, you will be free to
follow the whole of the proposed work-out,
or else just the half hour you prefer.
Aqua aerobics: every day at the swimming
pool.
New Age Gym: Every morning at the beach bar.
GROUP COURSES
The staff of the Hotel Villaggio Saraceno
can offer you group courses of tennis,
canoeing, sailing, windsurf and archery.
The courses begin on Sunday morning and
terminate with the end-of-course contest on
the Friday morning. The rules and
regulations of the different courses will be
explained on site by the animator instructor.
Tennis: from 6 years upwards, at all levels.
Canoeing: from 12 years upwards, at all
levels.
Sailing: from 12 years upwards (subject to
test of confidence in water), at all levels.
Windsurf: from 12 years upwards (subject to
test of confidence in water), at all levels.
Archery: from 12 years upwards (at the
instructor’s discretion), at all levels
SPORT TOURNAMENTS
From Sunday to Friday, tournaments of: beach
volley, bowls, darts, beach tennis, table
tennis and water polo will take place, every
day, on the various sports pitches.
Inscriptions can be made up to 15 minutes of
play.
In addition, the staff will organise
football matches to be played on a grass
pitch on days which will be arranged
previously. |
